With a background in industrial design, graphic arts and post-production, Alejandro started working in advertising as a graphic creative. In that role he won several awards, including Uruguay´s first Golden Lion. Ale quickly moved on to directing short films and advertising and joined VFX production house Aparato in 2010. His areas of expertise as a live action director are post-production, VFX, impeccable storytelling and a witty sense of humor. Ale´s unique style and deep involvement in every project deliver great results every time. In 2016 he wrote and directed the viral short film M.A.M.O.N. (Monitor Against Mexicans Over Nationwide) It won more than 50 awards and was shortlisted in over 200 festivals worldwide. Alejandro's work has made him the winner of several international awards such as: FIAP, Ojo de Iberoamérica, Ciclope and Cannes, where he won a Bronze Lion as a director.
